The above contains all the classes one is allowed to be. There are SIX basic classes in which everyone will start off with, including the staffs. BUT, if there is a class that's missing, and you specifically and really want to roleplay as a character in that class, please pm Kaze and ask. If we think it is fine, you may gain the chance of having it.
You will be roleplaying as either a Thief, Solider (Warrior), Fencer, Mage (either it be Black or White), Monk or an Archer at the beginning, and that will be the class you'll be using for at least 3 levels.
For example, pretend you are a Thief, and when you are finally at level 4 (300 posts), you can either become an Assassin, Juggler, or you may remain as a thief that's at level 4, depending on whatever you want. There wouldn't have that much difference regarding the strengths and defenses, but of course, there will have some advantages in some ways, but that all depends on how you wnat your character to be, for a level 6 thief can definitely match a level 5 assassin, and so on, and really, a lower level/class character CAN defeat one of higher level and class depending on their roleplaying.
And once you get to level 7, you can either choose to stay as the same class or proceed to the next class that's below. So if you're an assassin, you will either stay as an assassin or become a Ninja, and may NOT be a Gadgereer.
When you have leveled up to level 10, same thing happens (for the classes Soldier, Archer and Mage).
Also, please be reasonable with the spells/skills and things you can do in that class. If we see someone as a Mage of some sort, but relying mostly on their physical attacks to cause major damage, that won't happen, not frequently. And so on. So please be reasonable.
Also, the leveling up: (*Note that this is only RP'ing posts*)
Level 1: start Level 2: 100 posts Level 3: 200 posts Level 4: 300 posts Level 5: 400 posts Level 6: 500 posts Level 7: 600 posts Level 8: 700 posts Level 9: 800 posts Level 10: 1000 posts
Now one would ask why we need these classes anyway? When we're not even using stats? Well, for example, you're a normal mage. Your physical damage wouldn't be too great, and when you roleplay in a battle or anything of the sort, it would be more likely that you won't quite injure someone with physical fighting abilities that much, BUT when you become a red mage, your fighting abilities increase, which means you're capable of more fighting techniques, which means if you use Physical attacks, it would injure an opponent more than a normal mage if you do hit. SO that's the difference.
Another example, if you're an archer, and you advanced to a hunter, your hunting abilities and aim would be better, and so on, and so when you roleplay, you would have a bigger chance of hitting someone, but of course, a Gunner would have the best aim.
That is all for now. If you have any questions, feel free to pm any of the staffs for clarification.

Alright, one more thing. If you are a Summoner, you will be able to start out with one Aeon, BUT you need to take a Quiz, made by the Admins, to choose which Aeon will serve under you, and that will be your first Aeon. If you wanted another, no worries, for when you level up, you will have the chance (if you wish) to get another one, and you will take the Quiz once more. We will give you the url of the Quiz when you wish to take the Quiz, so when you do wish to take it, pm either Kaze or me, and after you're done, send us the results and we will put the Aeon into your character Log. Also, the only Aeons you can have from Level 7-9 are Valefor, Ifrit, Shiva, Bahamut and Ixion. These are your only choices for these levels. But, once you got to level 10, you will have a choice of either choosing one of those named ones (above) OR these following: Anima, Yojimbo (includes his dog) and the Magus Sisters.
